About Me
Md Rezaul Hoque
A senior Bangladeshi public sector professional, administrator, and researcher with over 30 years of experience in office administration, finance, procurement, media management, production, diplomatic liaison, and parliamentary affairs. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to strengthening institutional efficiency, promoting transparency and sustainable governance.
Completed my academic studies at the University of Dhaka, earned degrees in Arts, Law, and Social Sciences before completing an MBA from Prime University. This multidisciplinary background has enabled him to lead complex administrative and financial operations with strategic insight.
Began my professional journey at Grameen Bank, gaining experience in grassroots finance. Later held senior leadership roles at the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation, overseeing procurement, finance, production, and administration. Work strengthened accountability systems and improved operational performance. I have also served at the Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat and as Public Relations Officer to the Hon’ble Foreign Minister under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, contributing to legislative coordination and diplomatic communication.
Alongside my administrative career, I actively pursue research in supply chain resilience and risk management. In recognition of my scholarly contributions, I received the Supply Chain Excellence Award 2025 from Eudoxia Research University, USA and the Royal Golden Fellow honor from Eudoxia Research Centre, India. My research achievements have also been featured in leading national & international newspapers.
I continues to exemplify ethical leadership, learning, and dedicated public service. Through a balanced commitment to administrative excellence and scholarly research, I strive to inspire fellow professionals and contribute meaningfully to institutional development and national progress.
